These mini culinary adventures are open to the general public and include morning classes with hands-on food preparation followed by a delicious lunch, and afternoons spent exploring the many delights of the Mendocino coast.
Internship and Apprenticeship Programs
We offer valuable opportunities to come and experience hands-on what it is like to work in the Living Light raw vegan kitchen—at a reduced cost. These are wonderful chances to learn by doing!
Living Light International cohosts the raw food event of the summer, featuring many of the world’s leading chefs and delicious raw food.
