All classes are held at our location in northern California unless otherwise noted. Tuition includes most organic raw vegan meals. **The Science of Raw Food Nutrition classes are presented and taught by Rick and Karin Dina, D.C. It is open to the public, there are no prerequisites. The Science of Raw Food Nutrition class is not part of the Chef Training Series but highly recommended for all Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef & Instructor students.
