Chef Certification
The Raw Culinary Arts Professional Chef Certification is awarded to individuals who demonstrate creativity, expertise as a raw vegan chef, and experience in every aspect of raw culinary arts. Most students attend our individualized Associate Chef Level II course at least once and/or participate in our internship program and complete the advanced classes before they are fully prepared to test for this distinguished honor. Our professional chefs and instructors work closely with each candidate to ensure that they are fully prepared to represent the quality gourmet cuisine that has become the trademark of Living Light.
