They offer delightful gourmet raw food that is theme-based, simple to prepare, and thoroughly delicious.

Living Light Gourmet Raw Chef Graduate Olga Purington is passionate about bringing a raw food knowledge to people and motivating them to live happy, long, and youthful lives. She is a member of the International Anti-Aging Society. Through her company, Vitality Gourmet, she offers raw food preparation classes, hands-on workshops and individual raw life style coaching in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Schall Adams is a graduate of Living Light Culinary Arts Institute with an Associate Chef and Instructor Certification. Through her company, The Healing Meal LLC, she offers classes, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars. Schall enjoys the teaching aspect of her chosen career and teaches classes all over the country. She has been featured in Nevada Home Magazine, The Reno Gazette Journal, Healthy Beginnings Magazine, Reno Magazine, Channel 8 morning news, and has a television series starting May or June of 07.
