Living Light faculty instructor Jennifer Cornbleet in association with director Cherie Soria designed these people-pleasing classes. They offer delightful gourmet raw food that is theme-based, simple to prepare, and thoroughly delicious.

Leslie received her certification at Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in 2007 and currently teaches classes in the greater S.F. Bay Area. Leslie has made raw living foods a part of her every-day life and loves teaching others how easy it can be to incorporate raw living foods into your daily life.
Leslie specializes in personal training. All skill levels are welcome from beginner to the more seasoned apprentice looking to take it up a notch. Personal training is available in Chef Leslie’s fully equipped kitchen and includes; printed materials, hands on training, and generous samples or each recipe. Prices vary but generally range from $75 -$100 per session depending upon the class.

Chef Stacy is raw food enthusiast. She became interested in this lifestyle after encountering health issues that impacted her and her family. There seemed to be no real solution to the problems she and her family were encountering. She believed that she could make a change in the health of her entire family by changing the way she fed them. After doing research and reading any book she could get her hands on related to optimum health, it seemed that it always came back to raw foods. Armed with this newfound knowledge, Stacy decided to take it to the next step and become a raw food chef/instructor. Stacy is a Certified Raw Food Chef and Instructor. She graduated from the prestigious Living Lights Culinary Arts Institute which was founded by Cheri Soria.
Stacy’s current goals are to continue to expand her culinary skill and expertise and most importantly share this knowledge with others regardless of their current diet. Stacy believes that by having a predominantly whole food plant based diet (fruits and vegetables), improved health and vitality can be achieved.

Jenya was born in Russia where at an early age, with the tutelage of her grandmother, she developed her love of preparing delicious whole food; food harvested with love, fresh from her grandmother's garden.
