Raw Foods Nutrition Classes
This class is presented and taught by Drs.Rick and Karin Dina. It is open to the public, and there are no prerequisites. The Science of Raw Food Nutrition is not part of the Chef Training Series but highly recommended for all Raw Culinary Arts Associate Chef & Instructor students.
